Boys & Girls Club of Waynesboro, Staunton, and Augusta County (BGCWSA) has provided quality youth development services to children and teens ages 5-18 for over 25 years. Our Waynesboro and Staunton Club sites have the capacity to serve up to 200 elementary and teen members daily, offering dynamic spaces designed to inspire and engage. BGCWSA is also currently planning and developing additional sites that focus on Augusta County and teen needs; these efforts will create 50 additional elementary spots along with 50 teen spots.

BGCWSA is a licensed childcare provider, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards for safety, staff qualifications, and youth development practices. Our strong community partnerships include Waynesboro Symphony, Augusta Health, Project Grows, local YMCAs, Waynesboro Rotary, Augusta County Public Schools, Mary Baldwin University, Blue Ridge Community College, Transformation Freedom Initiative, New Directions Center, and more. These partnerships enhance our programs and provide critical resources for the youth we serve.

We offer a variety of programs focused on academic success, healthy lifestyles, leadership development, and social-emotional growth. Our outcomes-driven approach is supported by data collection tools like Trax Solutions and the National Youth Outcomes Initiative, ensuring that our members achieve positive results.

BGCWSA is led by a dedicated leadership team and a diverse board of directors committed to providing opportunities for young people to thrive. With structured programs, strong community partnerships, and a focus on measurable outcomes, BGCWSA is shaping brighter futures for youth in Waynesboro, Staunton, and Augusta County.
